Admissions Process

 
•Pasadena Rosebud Academy accepts students for admission at all grade levels from Kindergarten, to grade 8th as space allows.
 
•Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before October 1, to enroll for the school year beginning August .
 
•Families are welcome to submit an application for admission from October 1st thru February 28th.
 
•Admission priority will be given to siblings of students already enrolled in Pasadena Rosebud Academy as well as staff of Rosebud.
 
•A lottery process will be used to determine admission if there are more applicants for admission than spaces available. Those not selected for enrollment will be placed on a waiting list. In the event that a student chosen from the lottery is unable to attend, available spaces will be filled from the names on the waiting list.
 
•The lottery will be held on the 3rd Friday in March. Families will be notified by mail confirming acceptance to Pasadena Rosebud Academy. Enrollment packets must be picked up from our office on later than the last Friday in March and returned back to the school office by the last Friday in April. Failure to return your completed application by the due date will result in your space being filled.
 
Once a child is admitted as a student of Pasadena Rosebud Academy, his/her enrollment is continuous from year to year.
